Director

Satwinder entered the legal sector advising on wills, estate planning and probate in 2012. His background in financial services and advising on clients’ wealth enabled him to give more in-depth advice regarding family and estate planning. He set up Paradigm Wills and Legal Services in 2015, where the business has gone from strength to strength.

Over the years, he has built an international presence and is now a trusted advisor to other legal firms and private clients nationally and internationally.

Satwinder offers the best wills and estate planning advice, extending to individuals and families to businesses. After setting up Paradigm Wills and Legal Services, he wanted to see a shift in how people think about creating wills. The company’s ethos is to educate on the importance of estate planning and to resolve concerns and issues that a client may have. The clients are always the priority, and Satwinder makes sure to provide professionalism and total transparency with every step.

Director

Bhavin joined Paradigm Wills and Legal Services in early 2016 as director, coming from a background in customer services, sales, management, and compliance. Bhavin joined the team in its infancy after working for a large corporate firm within the wills and estate planning industry. His experience has allowed him to steer the business into one of the finest in the industry.

Bhavin has helped to grow Paradigm as a firm and brand, and as an avid networker, he has become well-known within the industry and the business community.

Partner

Craig is a highly qualified practitioner with over 22 years of experience in dealing with all matters relating to wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, trusts, and probate.

As a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners), Craig offers high professional standards and levels of knowledge that inspire trust in his clients and fellow professionals. STEP is the benchmark professional qualification in estate planning and is one that many solicitors strive for.

With both his knowledge and dedication, Craig has spent his career helping families secure their financial future and protecting vulnerable relatives.

Associate Partner

Jay joined the team after coming from a corporate banking and finance background. His skill set in the corporate world has been invaluable to helping the business grow, and his reputation in the industry has been a major bonus.

Jay’s role is in project management. His main ambition is to educate, with his passion primarily educating clients on the importance of planning their estate for their loved ones. Jay ensures our customers are highly satisfied with his work, and is always on hand to offer the very best advice.

Business Valuer and Tax Advisor

Chris has a background in accountancy and tax stretching back to 1985, having started his training with Grant Thornton in Cheltenham. He is both a Chartered Certified Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser with significant experience of advising businesses and individuals on a wide range of tax matters. This breadth of knowledge means that his tax advice looks at both the short term and the long term issues of each case in order to plan to minimise Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and other tax liabilities.
